The IMO2020 legislation: Will it produce mayhem or opportunity?

The International Maritime Organisation (IMO) announced that it would implement a 0.5% global sulphur cap for maritime fuels in January 2020. To comply, the maritime sector has to reduce sulphur emissions by over 80%.
